“THE WORLD OF THE MYSTERIOUS BALTS” EXHIBITED IN BRNO

Dec. 3, the Moravian museum held the opening ceremony of the exhibition “The World of Mysterious Balts” aimed at introducing the enigmatic history and culture of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia to the Czech audiences.
The exhibition, which displays nearly a thousand items brought from the Lithuanian national museum, was opened under the patronage of Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian ambassadors, ministries of foreign affairs and culture of Czech Republic, and the Mayor of Brno.
The museum also opened its doors to an exhibition titled “Lithuania in a Mail Parcel.” An interactive installation presenting Lithuania’s UNESCO heritage, prepared exclusively for Lithuania’s presidency to the Council of the EU.
