Kmita's poetry evening held in the Lithuanian embassy in Prague

On Friday, March 27, poetry reading with the author Rimantas Kmita took place in the Lithuanian Embassy in Prague. During a homely evening, laureate of Zigmas Gėlė award introduced his writing, and met with members of Lithuanian community in Prague and students of Baltic languages from the Charles University.

Rimantas Kmita visited Prague upon the invitation of Prague Literary House. Poet, essayist and literature critic during his month-long stay in the Czech Republic also visited Liberec, Nová Páka and Brno where he red his pieces to lovers of Lithuanian poetry and also met the students of Lithuanian language and literature from the Masaryk University.
