EMBASSY OF LITHUANIA PARTICIPATED AT THE PRAGUE INTERNATIONAL CHRISTMAS FESTIVAL
Lithuanian Embassy participated at the International Christmas Festival on the 25 November at the Hilton hotel. This was the thirteenth Event organised by the Diplomatic Spouse’s Association, Prague. (DSA).The Festival was opened by the spouse of the Czech President Mrs Livia Klausová and Mrs Gražina Taurantiené – DSA’s president.
More than 40 Embassies participated and attracted more than 10.000 visitors. People could do their pre- Christmas shopping as well as enjoy diverse cultural performances throughout the Festival. 
Lithuanian Embassy attracted visitors with their national produce – “Džiugas” cheese, organic herbal teas offered by Jadvyga Balvočiūté ecologic herb farm, traditional cakes and drinks, table linen and other produce. Mrs Klausová bought a tablecloth from our stand and was offered organic herbal teas from Jadvyga Balvočiūté‘s farm.
Lithuanian Embassy’s participation in the Festival was supported by “Žemaitijos pienas” company. The funds raised at the Festival will go to Czech Charities.
