CZECH, LATVIAN, LITHUANIAN CONVERSATION DICTIONARY RELEASED IN CZECH REPUBLIC

Nov. 26, in an opening ceremony at the Charles University in Prague, the audience of curious Lithuanian and Latvian supporters, together with the two embassies, gathered to mark the new release of the multilingual dictionary.

The ceremony was opened with the remarks of the Ambassador of Lithuania to the Czech Republic Aurimas Taurantas, and the ambassador of Latvia Alberts Sarkanis. Denisa Šelelyová, graduate of Latvian studies at the university who initiated the idea for the dictionary, introduced the new release.

The interactive opening ceremony allowed the audience to try their language skills in a pop quiz, and buy the first signed copies of the dictionary.
