AMBASSADOR PRESENTED LITHUANIAN ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES TO CZECH VYSOČINA REGION BUSINESSMEN
30 March 2012. Ambassador Aurimas Taurantas participated at the business seminar of the Vysočina region entrepreneurs in the town of Jihlava, designed to introduce the business environment and opportunities in the Baltic countries. The event was organized by the Czech-Baltic Chamber of Commerce. It was also attended by Estonian Ambassador L.Uibo, the Czech Export Bank, regional government representatives.
Ambassador A.Taurantas drew attention to the potential of the Lithuanian economy and its development trends, information on the opportunities offered by the mutual strengthening of economic ties.
In his approach to the development of business relations, the Czech Republic - Baltic Chamber of Commerce representative L.Kubizňák, set out what areas of the Baltic countries could be attractive to the Czech entrepreneurs. Mr M.Res - Czech Export Bank representative said that the bank, which recently began to focus on 13px and medium-sized businesses is ready to assist Czech businessmen expanding their activities in the Baltic countries.
The seminar was organized as a series of similar events to attract more business people to this year April 22-28 Czech business mission to the Baltic countries.
